Ok, so I am back on track, I figured out that if I dont eat my 500 calories then it makes it harder to not cheat, I need to do better w/ that.
78.9 kg Lost so far: 33.6 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.8 kg a Week
