I was not real strict with my eating yesterday but still lost a pound or so. I am so excited about all this. I have a closet full of clothes I'll be able to wear again.
99.6 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 40.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
