Out of desperation, ate 2 slices of pizza for dinner late last night. Could I have reached for something else? Yes, but, things are just wonky lately.
106.7 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg.    Still to go: 16.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
