So I am back on track and I have triumphed over last week's mini vacation. I am really working on not weighing myself everyday, but I am a little compulsive so I haven't succeeded yet. Tried yoga again for the first time in over three years, and while it was easier than I remember, I can't help but think I am doing it wrong because my body is nowhere near as flexible as the instructor on the DVD. So another work in progress, because I definitely need the stretching and to work on my flexibility! The DVD said, "touch your shin," I thought, "My thigh is pretty close to my shin." LOL
102.1 kg Lost so far: 6.8 kg.    Still to go: 15.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
