I've been cutting weight for a tournament and it sucks. I went from 189 to 183 in just 2 weeks (That's not water weight.)
It's nice progress but just a little too late.
83.0 kg Lost so far: 13.2 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
