So finished week 2 of health and well being and starting to see a little difference in my attitude. I am more mindful of what I eat and drink plus taking time out of my day to walk. Did our weigh in and measured inches and feel pretty good... I weighed 171 and lost 3 inches this week...so in total doing well
77.6 kg Lost so far: 4.1 kg.    Still to go: 9.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
