Yeah, a loss!

Good Day FS,

I am back on track, ready to do what needs to be done. No more excuses, just do it! We are all on our way to fit and fabulous! We'll all meet there! :-)
77.2 kg Lost so far: 22.6 kg.    Still to go: 9.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
