Making some slow, but steady progress. I'm going to tweak my diet a bit by making 60% of my intake protein and 40% carbs.
84.8 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 25.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

You do need SOME fat, I'd say at least 20% :) and 60% protein is a lot. I did that once- high protein diet- and let me tell you, my digestive system did not appreciate it! And it's expensive. Congrats on your weight loss so far :)
