It's starting to move again. I have been drinking a lot of water. I even bought some of those lean crusine meals, and I have some replacement bars that I have been using for lunch when I am really busy. I have noticed that I am losing the inches before I see a difference on the scale. So somethings working
90.3 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 3.2 kg a Week

Maybe your body was going through a famine plateau like mine was. Those are the best plateaus because the way you get through them is by eating MORE than you're supposed to for a few days. Check out my journal entries for more info.
