It's not coming off fast, but it is still coming off! And, last night on at the gym I ran for an entire lap without stopping. No pain in my legs, and I can feel my lungs getting stronger and being able to go longer! In fact, I can feel all of me getting stronger and being able to do more for longer periods of time. I am doing this!
