Didnt drop any, but I dont think I drank enough water, gna zumba tonight cant wait, I am definitly seeing a change in my body w/ the exercise I hv been doing.
83.4 kg Lost so far: 29.1 kg.    Still to go: 16.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
