First week of health & wellness going well, I am pleased with the way i feel and my level of commitment.

First weight in with friend: lost 3 pounds and 6 inches! whoo hoo
79.8 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 11.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
