While I ate STUFF last night that wasn't so great for a pre-diabetic, I ate only a cup full. My stomach is readjusting back to the early days after my gastric bypass in 2006. It never goes away, this tool of ours. When I eat the things that are right for me, I have a happy body. If not, heave ho. My blood glucose is slowly coming back into line. Slow but steady, not like right after the bypass but after the first time I gained 60 back. This time had mega emotional components.
