Last night, did not sleep well and got up and had a Shake at about 1:30 pm. My calories were low yesterday and although I didn't work out,saw a drop in weight today. I have tried not eating as heavy in the morning and it seems to be going well. LOVED my mushroom omelette last night. With this diet, or WOE, I am really enjoying food and rarely feel hungry,out of control. Wow.Constipated though...have to lay off the cheese for a bit.
68.5 kg Lost so far: 2.9 kg.    Still to go: 14.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

ShelleyDawn, it's real good that you are not getting bored with the foods. I hear so many people complaining about eating the same things over and over, getting bored, and quit. Keep up what you are doing.
