Tennis Mama's Journal, 16 Mar 12

Today is March 17, 2012 and I have made a firm decision that I will lose 25 pounds by the end of May. I have given my daughter my word that before her graduation on May 23rd I will have lost 25lbs.

I am excited about the challenge and I am looking forward to it. I have signed up for an extension workout regimen (boot camp) that starts on March 26th. I play on a tennis team every Thursday for the next 6 weeks. My only obstacle will be working out at home. Hopefully I won't need to do that very often.

I will also began my 11,000 step goal. Starting tomorrow. Yeah! I am getting very excited!
99.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 11.3 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
