I have been feeling great the past few days. I have gotten past the "Atkins Flu" and am definitely feeling my body switch to primarily burning fat. Getting my water and eating before I get starving are essential.
74.5 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
