I followed the diet my trainer gave me to a T and I still gained 2lb! How frustrating is that! I could've gained because of PMS or it could be water weight. This is so frustrating!
87.1 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 28.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Well if it's PMS or water weight from something else, you know it will come off. Keep going and watch the sodium.
