I didnt lose this week, but I am close to my goal. That is only the 2nd time in 20wks I have not lost any weight. I decided to change everything up food wish and try and confuse my body. I am still on the BFC 100%, just changing up my regular meals.
I also posted my photos again, so I have start, middle and almost done! ;-)
