Okay for the last month of 2007 I ate whatever and whenever I wanted. Needless to say I gained quite a bit. But there was also a 2 week vacation in which we both ate way too much and did very little physical activity. But now I am back on track and working towards my goal of 175 by Sept. 2008. So here goes.....
