Well a half a pound up, but increased my net carbs yesterday and didn't get to the gym...actually got right to it, however hip pain etc. preciptated a quick retreat...Many compliments from my husband today regarding my reducing belly. Whooo and hooo. Need more coffee.
68.7 kg Lost so far: 2.7 kg.    Still to go: 14.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
