I need to start losing the weight fast...I don't know yet what my ideal weight is, as it all depends on how I look. If I still look flabby and untoned at 130, then I need to work harder to tone up, but if I look fit and healthy at 140, then that is where I need to stay. Regardless, I want to get the weight off quick, to get back to my pre-baby body. I don't want to hear any more of the bogus crap about it taking 9 months to put on and will take as long to take off.

On a side venture, I need to get my life squared away. My situation is so up in the air right now that I don't really have a way to go running. That is the one thing pre-baby that I miss the most. But by the time I get off of work, both me and my baby sitter are tired. I'm not going to fob him off on her any longer ( I work 4x10's and have had a ton of overtime lately, so I'm really working like 4x12's), and it seems pointless to try and find another babysitter here if I'm going to be moving in a month. Plus I feel guilty leaving my son with a total stranger just so I can go running. I suppose the better option is to get a running stroller, however, there really isn't any place to run here that I don't worry about getting hit by a car, as there are no shoulders. Plus the expense of the stroller. Ugghhh. I'm so sick of going around in circles.

To loose weight fast I would recommend a low carb diet. Excersise it's desirable but if you don't have the time, just try to keep more active. Try walking more, take stairs instead of elevators. Or simple stay on your feet longer. Use the app that Fatsecret has. Amazingly the one day I burned the mostrar calories I didn't even make it to the gym. I was on my feet for 10:30 hours decorating a cake for my son's birthday. Drink tons of water. My favorite food right now are red raspberries. Low in carbs and loaded with fiber. I'm a big fan of Atkin's and I Southbeach diet. Atinks works better for me but SB seems healthier. I do recommend raeding the books to do it right. I started counting calories but the realized the carbs were killing me. I do eat carbs, but try to control them as much as possible. Hope that helps.

Play more with your son. You could always use him a weights! Hubby does that sometimes and the kid loves it! Just do something and stick to it. The weight will come off.
