Not bad for having been on vacation for nearly 10 days. Went to some amusement parks and did nothing but eat. So how did I manage not to gain a bunch of weight? First, everything I bought, I shared. So instead of eating a whole pretzel I had 1/2 or less, same for the caramel apples or the turkey legs or the frozen chocolate dipped banana (YUM!!). I was also sick/have been sick for the past 6 days or so. Not that I have eaten less but I do think that the amount of coughing that I have been experiencing must be burning up some calories. Oh and for the first time ever, I actually made it to the gym while on vacation. Only four times (one of those to train my mum) but four more than before so definately not bad. :D Would have done more, but family situations arose that difficult. Back to the gym tomorrow? Depends on the breathing.
