I'm feeling pretty good this morning.
I created that walk/run challenge yesterday!!! It actually wasn't that hard :D Now, to just start, stick with it and complete. I had a good run yesterday. Did 25 minues alternating running and walking, then a little bit of a leg workout. Not super sore today, so that's a good thing, but I kind of feel it in my legs. yay!
One day at a time....186 days to go (I think, lol)... and I'm going to look GREAT in my bikini! :D
Even though I have an appointment after work today, I want to workout instead. Maybe if my appt doesn't get out too late, I'll find a way to squeeze a workout in. I'm only supposed to be doing abs today anyways.
