BB gue naek 1kg 😭 padahal udah diet sehat.. banyakin protein.. berhenti makan sebelum jam 6..rajin olahraga 3x seminggu minimal 30 menit..tapi celana yg dulu nya sesek jadi agak longgar'an..otot2 juga mulai terlihat dimana2..apa karna efek otot BB gue jadi naek? 😐 suka jadi serba salah kalo kaya gini ceritanya..

banyak minum air juga nambah bb loh, jenis pakaian juga.. jadi, ideal nya kalau mau timbang waktu setelah bab dan bak waktu pagi hari. terus sekadar info, penambahan bb sama penurunan bb itu proses nya sama tapi besar kalori nya yg berbeda
