I am so excited! We had our first tennis match today. Played doubles -we WON - in a tie break. Hooray. Down another pound today. I am on a roll! Yesterday did not workout at all. I failed all four challenges. No treadmill, no elliptical and burned only 450 calories and had 3 sips of Sprite. Terrible on the challenges. I will workout later. And hopefully do better on the challenges today. Pedometer reading yesterday was 7822 burned 448 calories.

95.9 kg Lost so far: 2.1 kg.    Still to go: 7.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
