Went to Curves this morning; I went around 4 times today to make up for yesterday. Drank alot of water, seem to help me drop a few ozs. Really hard to get that water down. The pupies really like playing in the snow but no walking for me---way to slippery. I broke my pelvis last summer walking my American Bulldog---she tryed to hide under my legs---she was afraid of a oncoming car----but then she's afraid of everything----shelter puppy.
