I was committed in going to dinner at a chinese buffet. I did my best to pick nonfried items. The worst was an egg roll. All items were made in some kind of fat. I did use portion control but you can't put 2 oz or 4 oz. down. I knew this meal would be close to what it was. Im glad I ate light for lunch. It's a lesson as well, to stay away from chinese food! This was after a movie in which I did not get anything to snack on. Over all I feel I did well considering what I could have done. And I lost almost 2 pounds!
