Fell off the band wagon this weekend but it was my cousin's 21st birthday. Now I'm back on, today is pv day. I'm worried about St. Patrick's day, this is the first year I'll be able to celebrate it down in the bars with my friends, but at that time I should be in the Consolidation phase. Does anyone know if you cheat during the consolidation phase if you go back to the cruise phase for a couple of days till the weight comes off again or if you just keep on the consolidation phase? Also are sugar free jello pudding cup, sugar free hot chocolate, and sugar free ice cream allowed?
