1. Happy Monday!
2. My weight was level today after fasting yesterday and doing a cleanse this morning. I do not recommend this at all. Today has been a challenge to say the least. I am a little disappointed that I didn't see a nice lose of weight this morning but, at least I didn't gain any. Tomorrow may show better results.
3. I didn't get to run my test until after my coffee and vitamins today.
4. Blood sugar was 113 mg/dL after food.
5. Blood pressure was high this morning at 142/95 @ 96 bpm.
6. Ketosis level was a 46 on the acetone breath analyzer today.
7. Until tomorrow! Stay Strong.

8. Seared Ahi Tuna and fresh mango with sesame glaze over creamy risotto. Served with sautéed oriental veggies and sugar snap peas sautéed in toasted sesame oil. I miss being able to create great plates like this. It will be awesome when I get my weight back under control and can return to just eating fresh.
