no weigh in, logging, or working out for the past few days. instead i have been in bed sick which is stooooopid!!!! I hate being sick.
107.0 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 20.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

OK you were sick, it happens you can't help it, and it does suck, but as soon as you feel better, madjak is right, back on the wagon! :) Feel better soon!
