Started going to the Gym on March 15th, 2017. It's kind of weird because I actually look forward to going. It is a real stress reliever and the best part is I get to spend time with my family because my 3 daughters and husband are going too. The girls are enjoying it and it is helping them with their training because 2 of them are runners. My husband goes because it relieves stress and he wants to support me and spend time with his girls. Now, I'm working on changing what I eat. Need to be on low carb high fat diet, so, I look for recipes that not only I would enjoy but my family would too.
