Well Well Well even with the Olympics on and me not doing as much as I was getting before, I still managed to lose some. This next week will tell the tale because I am right back at it. I REALLY want to lose as close to another 10 pounds as I can by Easter. STAY FOCUSED!!! I don't have any cravings or desires to eat "junk food" so that really helps, the occassional glass of wine doesn't seem to affect me to greatly so that is good as well. I'm not really having an issue doing a lifestyle change like this but some days the absence of variety gets the better of me and then I tend to just "throw" something together. It usually turns out tasting great so that isn't too bad either.
