Need to do better. Will start gym workouts this week, maybe that will kick-start some loss.
140.2 kg Lost so far: 29.9 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Yes, it definitely will! I saw a 2 lb loss within the last 4-5 days and had started working out. It speeds up your metabolism.
