1. Happy Monday Everybody!
2. Things are still moving in the right direction.
3. Weight came down just a bit today. :-)
4. Blood Sugar was 103 mg/dL.
5. Blood Pressure 153/99 @ 88 bpm.
6. Ketosis was a 58 on the breath meter.
7. The Benefiber and raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar appear to be helping. I am on day 3 now with them as a part of my diet.
8. Exercise is still in real need but, I am feeling better each day.
9. Mentally, everyday is still a struggle and I still can't get a grip on my sleep pattern.
10. Life goes on...just keep living!
11. Today, I leave you with a picture of my son and his Aunt Ashton enjoying the fire pit in the back yard. I really do miss that kid when he is away. Much Love folks...
