well there is another 2 pounds okay, another 2 lbs I will gladly take. Walked 4 miles today as it was a beautiful day to go walking at Beresford trails.
148.8 kg Lost so far: 16.8 kg.    Still to go: 46.7 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
