1. T.G.I.F!!!
2. I had about a pound come back today. :-(
3. Too many carbs late in the day I believe.
4. Caloric intake was pretty good yesterday but, protein and carbs seemed a bit heavy. I am going for 1,500 calories per day now.
5. Got some great exercise in yesterday running stairs and upper body work. Also, got some work around the house in.
6. Blood Sugar was 116 mg/dL. This just doesn't want to go down. I think I will add organic apple cigar vinegar to my diet and daily routine. Let's see if it helps???
7. Blood pressure was 129/98 @ 86 bpm. Still too high here as well.
8. When you are going through Hell, Don't stop!
