1. Yuk! today's numbers look cruddy. I have to make some adjustments down on caloric intake and stop snaking after 8pm.
2. I got in a good walk last night.
3. Still no sleep worth talking about...I was still wide awake at 5am this morning. Just laying in the bed wide awake with my mind going 100mph.
4. Blood sugar was 125 mg/dL this morning. I believe that is the highest reading I have had. :-(
5. Blood Pressure was 137/91 @ 84 bpm. About where it has been.
6. Ketosis reading was a 45 this morning on the ketone analyzer.
7. My weight is went up a little today.
8. Feeling pretty bummed about life in general. But, I will use this to push me forward. I have to get better. I will not let life beat me. I will make a difference today!
167.9 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 54.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

The last sentance on #8 says it all! "I will not let life beat me. I will make a difference today!" I can relate to your frustrations, I gained 1.4 lbs this week and worked out A LOT! stay true to your plan and make those positive changes and it will come!

I love that last sentence too... but you've got the right idea. Just stick to it and forgive yourself if there's a little slip here or there. The overall outcome will be a healthier you. Try getting your exercise done in the morning so that you won't be as ramped up before bedtime and you may want to try a melatonin about an hour before bedtime. It's a dietary supplement that simply helps your body get back into a more natural sleep rhythm. A good night's sleep might make you feel better about all your efforts in general. Good luck and keep at it.
