Starting 100% today. Now that I don't have any more parties going on, I can commit fully. I'm in the right frame of mind this time. My husband is trying to loose some to. So he is going to help with running and general exercise, like sit ups, using the med. ball, and push ups. going to hit it hard. Plan is to be down to at least 159 by the new year. Thats were I was at the end of Jan of 07. I will be in 7 heaven. Cause I'm going to make that happen.
