I have started working out and can feel the pain in my muscles. My official weigh in was to be next Thursday, against my better judgement I steeped on the scale to find a gain rather than loss :( This has really put me in a funk, my goal is to lose at least 50lbs by my birthday in May. I hope it pays off as I'm getting ready for another torture session at the gym :(
