Finally! Downward movement on the scale again. Still one pound up from my low before MLK weekend (238); but down 2 of the 3 i gained over that weekend. I wont say i have regained the happy enthusiasm of that first week of Jan. but i at least dont feel like giving up completely. Back to work today which does make eating less and better much easier. C'mon girl, u can do this! Think of Gracie who needs u to be a role model in this weight loss/management game. u both have a lot to gain from losing!
108.5 kg Lost so far: 0.4 kg.    Still to go: 22.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
