This has not been a very good week for me. I haven't felt well so I have nto gone to the gym, I didn't journal well. I did still manage to lose 1lb.
113.4 kg Lost so far: 2.3 kg.    Still to go: 45.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
