I kept my calories under 2000 yesterday and it showed on the scale today. I also had an "aha!" about sugar... I am getting way too much of it. The primary culprit was these yummy gluten free, vegan cookies. I am going to try and drop my sugar intake to 50g or less per day. Eventually i would like to get that even lower, but for now that is 40-50% reduction from my current reality.
