Another gain, yay. Exactly what I'm trying to do by eating a ton of veggies & protein. Not sure if I want to continue on atkins or not.
68.9 kg Lost so far: 1.5 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
