Soo I haven't been doing so well on my diet.. I've been sick this past week while battling the munchies, not a good combo xD And I'm not trying to make excuses, I know I could have eaten better. But the good news is I'm finally over this terrible cold! So it's time to get back on track and exercise some self control! Who's with me?! GOAL: watch my portion sizes and keep a one meal and one snack per day limit.
