Lost my way for awhile. Got back to the diet today. Plan on staying on it till x-mas. Goal is to get down in 168 by x-mas then work on the rest after that. Have to do small goals to reach the big one.
78.9 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 10.9 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
