The scale is NOT my friend, today.
69.0 kg Lost so far: 2.5 kg.    Still to go: 7.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Stay strong you have only 3 lb to go, and it is a NOT ONLY 3 lb, it can be as tough to lose as stones can be, because of you gaining muscle. Stay focus.
