Did 95 minutes of aerobics on a hand spinning machine yesterday. I was off from work. I also worked back and biceps. I have been keeping weights the same and focusing on form. Finally I got a nice burn in my lats. They were good and sore when I left and no pain this morning so nothing got pulled for once. I have topped out my abs routine, I will be starting hanging ab exercises on one day, mat exercises the next. There's no room to do a combined routine they way they have the gym set up.
