Going to the gym for an hour every morning is defo paying off, love it 😁
122.9 kg Lost so far: 26.8 kg.    Still to go: 32.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

The gym is definitely agreeing with you! Are you doing the same exercises each day or mixing it up with cardio some days and weights / apparatus others?

So far I've been doing bike, cross trainer, treadmill and rowing machine but I've been meaning to try the weights and such like. The more muscle the more calories burned. I think I may do a couple of days a week with the weights.
