So I've decided not to log my foods here on fatsecret. I already log them in DietPower and logging twice is a pain. DietPower is more precise in changing my calorie budget based on my loss and previous calorie intake. It also gives me more specific information on whether I am getting the proper nutrients.

Anyway, another rainy day here in Seattle. I think I am going to work on getting the house a little cleaner before going off to work tonight.
81.5 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 11.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
