OK so im back now... with anticipation....

breakfast-- 6 peices of bacon
Lunch-- 4oz steak with 1/2 cup cottage cheese
dinner-- loriks coliflour bake
snack-- beef sticks

94.4 kg Lost so far: 9.9 kg.    Still to go: 28.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.0 kg a Week

Don't forget your veggies! They are essential to weight loss, even on Induction you are supposed to have 3 cups per day, with at least 2 cups lettuce.
